Our Coty Brand Ambassadors (Freelancer) play a crucial role in achieving retail sales goals as outlined in the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) below. They are tasked with building strong relationships with retailers, ensuring flawless in-store execution, and protecting brand equity. Brand Ambassadors must consistently represent the brand image and adhere to retailer/vendor guidelines daily. Become a freelancer today on behalf of Randstad!

Key Expectations / Performance Indicators

  • Sales Achievement

    • Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly retail sales targets.
    • Collaborate with retail partners to drive results in assigned stores.
    • Successfully execute in-store events and product launches.

  • In-Store Presence

    • Follow brand planograms for gondola and secondary visual merchandising.
    • Monitor stock levels and communicate any discrepancies.
    • Contribute to new initiatives and seasonal merchandising plans.
    • Identify in-store opportunities for increased visibility and negotiate with retail partners.
    • Secure additional visual merchandising opportunities at key locations (e.g., door level, endcaps).

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Retail sales performance ($ / % vs. goal)
  2. Brand ranking
  3. Adherence to call cycles set by Sales & Education Executives
  4. Focus on top-performing stores and strategies

  • Engage consumers to build brand awareness and interest.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and share brand information.
  • Attend events and trade shows to elevate brand presence.
  • Foster relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Gather consumer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident public speaking ability and engagement with diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of the brand and its products/services.
  • Previous marketing or sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexible schedule for evening or weekend events.
